![]() It isn't so much that ActiBlizz decided to showcase a Mobile Game afterall they have multiple teams working multiple projects. I think people who are outraged are, somewhat, justified with their outrage. They've humalited themselves to the point that the Diablo FB page has already switched their profile pic back to the Diablo 3 logo.īlizzard no longer exists, at least not in the way we remember it. They went ahead and decided to unlist the original YT trailer, remove dislikes and comments. Things could of ended there, they could of just said "hey we ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up" and moved on, but no, they decided to do "damage" control, and now they're further showing how badly out of touch they are. Top this with the "do you guys not have phones" basically goes to show that Activison Blizzard doesn't know their fanbase and would rather go the easy route of making a monetized mobile game, which we all know is gonna make them a profit. They should of known it was a bad idea to showcase a mobile game at a fan event, at least not without something to accompany it (Diablo 4, remaster etc), it's how Bethesda got away with their mobile announcments. They don't tailor towards gamers anymore, they tailor towards investors. ![]() ![]() Don't get me wrong, I'm dissapointed about the announcement as well, but for a long time Activision Blizzard has been free from boycott because of their fanbase, who don't seem to realize how out of touch Activision Blizzard has been for years.Īctivision Blizzard hasn't been the Blizzard we knew for a while now. Part of me is actually kind of glad this happened. ![]()
